PHARMACY SERVICES PROGRAM

Pharmacy Services Program was opened in 2011-2012 academic year. There is formal and secondary education. The aim of the program is to train the intermediate staff who have the necessary knowledge and equipment, have acquired professional skills and are needed by the pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry.
Program Profile: Courses such as Basic Health and Science courses, Pharmacy Computer and Information Technologies, Health Economics, General Accounting, Occupational Law, Occupational Ethics, Public Health and Communication Skills are carried out theoretically and practically as well as Pharmacy Technician Branch courses.
Training Application Areas and Program Facilities: Ege University Faculty of Pharmacy Practice Pharmacy has the opportunity to practice. Students can do their internships in pharmacies.
Employment Profiles of Accomplishments: The program graduates have the opportunity to work in various units of the pharmaceutical industry in the public and private sector pharmacies as "pharmacy services technician".
Access to Further Studies: Program graduates may switch to Biochemistry, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering departments according to the vertical transition regulations.
